Herschend to Acquire Palace Entertainment’s U.S. Attractions from Parques Reunidos

 Herschend and Parques Reunidos have signed a definitive agreement under which Herschend will acquire all of Palace Entertainment’s U.S. entertainment properties from Parques Reunidos.
