Gateway Ticketing Systems Promotes Chase Mory to Vice President of Operations
Gateway Ticketing Systems®, a global provider of ticketing, admission control, and revenue management solutions serving the attractions industry for more than 35 years, has promoted Chase Mory to Vice President of Operations.
Mory has been with Gateway for more than 15 years, most recently serving as Director of Operations. During his tenure, he strengthened the company’s internal processes and operational foundation through disciplined process design, cross-functional collaboration and a focus on scalable systems that support long-term growth.
He began his career at Gateway as a project manager and steadily expanded his leadership responsibilities across the organization. The promotion recognizes his contributions and formalizes the strategic leadership role he has played in recent years.
As Director of Operations since 2021, Mory led initiatives that improved service delivery, streamlined internal workflows and enhanced alignment across teams. His analytical approach and commitment to operational excellence have supported Gateway’s growing customer base and evolving product portfolio.
In 2022, Mory was recognized as a top young professional in the region and was recognized by Lehigh Valley Business as a Forty Under 40 winner. He was selected for his commitment to business growth, professional excellence and community involvement.
Mory began his career at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts, supporting technology operations across multiple venues. He later managed admissions and point-of-sale systems, including Gateway’s Galaxy® platform, led cross-department initiatives and earned his Project Management Professional certification, building a strong foundation in operational leadership.
In his new role, Mory will continue advancing operational strategies across the organization, with an emphasis on efficiency, team integration and delivering support to Gateway clients worldwide. He will also support continued alignment across teams to strengthen operational performance and service delivery.
“Chase’s promotion reflects the leadership and strategic insight he consistently brings to our organization. His organizational and project management insight drives meaningful change in a positive way,” said Michael Andre, President and CEO of Gateway Ticketing Systems. “His deep understanding of our business and commitment to operational excellence position him well to lead this next phase of growth.”
