MA Attraction Owners: Don’t Let 2026 End With $15K Left on the Table
Now more than ever, guests are choosing carefully where they spend their time and money. A day at your park, your FEC or your venue is competing with every other option they have, and what brings them back usually isn’t the attractions themselves. It’s how your team made them feel.
The challenge is that great experiences don’t happen just because we hire good people. Teams need a shared understanding of what an exceptional guest experience looks like, and the confidence to create one in the moments that matter, whether that’s at the front gate, at the ride entrance, or at a birthday party table.
That’s where Unreasonable Hospitality comes in.
Unreasonable Hospitality is a hands on workshop we bring right to your location, scheduled in sessions that fit around your operation. Here’s what your team walks away with:
- A common language for hospitality that everyone, from seasonal staff to managers, can use
- The ability to read guests and recognize opportunities to make an ordinary visit memorable
- Practical ways to turn routine interactions into moments guests talk about
- A framework your leaders can keep building on long after the workshop ends
It’s an investment in your team that shows up directly in your guest experience.
The grant that can cover it
Through the Massachusetts Workforce Training Fund Express Grant, administered by Commonwealth Corporation, eligible businesses can have the workshop investment covered. Here’s what you need to know:
- Awards of up to $15,000 each calendar year, which in most cases covers the full workshop investment
- Open to Massachusetts businesses with 100 or fewer employees on active payroll at the time you apply
- Requires good standing with the MA Department of Revenue and the Department of Unemployment Assistance, plus a signed IRS W9
- Award decisions typically come back within 21 days
- 2026 funding is still available, and you can apply again for 2027 once the new year begins
We handle the grant processing for you. No paperwork headaches, no guessing what’s needed. All you need to do is have a conversation with us.
If you’ve been thinking about how to give your team an edge heading into next season, this is a great time to start. Grab a time that works for you and let’s talk.
