Free Professional Development Workshop: BridgeUSA (J-1 Visa) Program

Free workshop to enhance your professional understanding of BridgeUSA J-1 Visa Programs.

The Coalition for American Public Diplomacy and Leadership (CAPDL) invites you to join us on October 27, 2026 for a free workshop about the US Department of State's BridgeUSA (J-1 Visa) program. The event will be held at the Bank of Ireland Innovation Hub, 2 Grand Central Tower, New York, from 10:00am - 2:30pm.

Newcomers, come learn from established organizations. Established organizations, share best practices and get a refresher in the fundamentals.

Mark Howard, Director of the US Department of State Office of Private Sector Exchange Program Administration, will join us for the day.

Sessions include:

• BridgeUSA: What is it (and what isn’t it)?
• BridgeUSA Best Practices
• Addressing local barriers to deeper engagement with BridgeUSA
• Collaboration around common challenges
