Three Sales Leaders Complete Intensive 9-Month Sales Pro Certification Program


TrainerTainment is proud to announce the recent certification of three exceptional sales professionals who completed the rigorous Sales Pro Certification program on September 18, 2024. This milestone marks the end of an intense 9-month journey through TrainerTainment’s Sales Pro System, during which participants honed their skills, tackled real-world challenges, and transformed their sales processes.
 
The newly certified professionals are:
  • Jennifer Moya – Adventure Kids Playcare
  • Rebecca Rivera – Parkway Bowl
  • Sydney Azar – Escapology/EVG 
During the certification process, participants gained valuable insights into building stronger client connections, overcoming objections, and developing sustainable sales strategies. As they shared their experiences, each professional reflected on their key takeaways and the personal growth they achieved throughout the program.
 
Jennifer Moya of Adventure Kids Playcare reflected on her transformation:
"At the start, I felt like I had to rush to close deals, but now I’ve learned to trust the process. Prospecting and building relationships before focusing on the close has allowed me to lower my stress and boost my confidence. Understanding that it’s okay to take my time has been incredibly freeing."
 
Rebecca Rivera of Parkway Bowl emphasized the importance of connection:
"I realized the power of genuinely connecting with prospects rather than just sending a quote. Since I started making more of an effort to engage with clients and understand their needs, I’ve seen a noticeable difference in the quality of conversations and, ultimately, my closing rates."
 
Sydney Azar of Escapology/EVG shared her breakthrough moment:
"My biggest ‘aha’ moment was learning to give myself grace while pushing through challenges. The realization that not every failure is a reflection of me has been powerful. I've become more confident in prospecting, and it’s led to higher closing rates and more cold leads turning into real opportunities."

The Sales Pro Certification program pushed these professionals to think critically, refine their processes, and continuously improve. As Denise Killian, TrainerTainment Coach, pointed out: "Sales can be incredibly rewarding, but it’s also challenging. This group has learned to embrace those challenges, and they’ve come out stronger for it. Their growth as professionals has been a joy to witness."
 
During the program, the participants tackled complex sales challenges, from navigating cold prospecting to managing objections during the closing process. TrainerTainment’s coaches, including Sonya Terry, emphasized that success in sales is about continuously moving forward, even when facing setbacks. "Mindset is everything in sales," said Sonya. "These professionals have learned to maintain a positive outlook, keep moving forward, and trust the process, even when things get tough."
 
The certification journey may have ended, but as TrainerTainment emphasized, the learning and growth will continue. Vivian Conterio, TrainerTainment’s Marketing Specialist, summed it up best: "You are all Sales Pro certified now, and we’re so proud of the progress you’ve made.
