Waypoint works with attractions, hotels, restaurants, and event venues across New England to help owners see where the real opportunities are in their business, starting with the people who bring it to life. Great experiences are created by great teams. Our hands on workshops help frontline teams elevate the guest experience, so the way guests feel when they leave matches what the business was built to create.
Team development is the starting point, not the finish line. We listen first, understand where each business is today, and connect owners with the right people, resources, and strategy for what comes next. For eligible Massachusetts employers, grant funding may cover much of the training cost.
Every operator deserves a trusted resource who can see the opportunities they may not have time to see. That’s the role Waypoint was built to play.
