Cancellation notifications are accepted at any time. Only written cancellation notifications received at IAAPA Headquarters on or before Feb. 9, 2017 will be eligible for a refund less a US $100 processing fee. There are no refunds for cancellation notifications received after Feb. 9, 2017.
