Annual Meeting Badge Sponsorship (Limited to one): $250 SOLD OUT
This includes name / logo on all attendee badges as well as signage at registration area acknowledging sponsors name with logo. On screen recognition will also be given during the Annual Meeting Dinner and mention in the 2019 NEAAPA Directory & Buyers Guide.
Morning Registration & Morning Break Refreshments Sponsorship: $400
During morning registration and the first educational session, attendees will be able to have a refreshment consisting of a light snack and coffee. Sponsors will be featured on signage adjacent to the registration / refreshment station as well as a verbal mention by the speaker prior to the start of the first educational session. On screen recognition will also be given during the Annual Meeting Dinner and mention in the 2019 NEAAPA Directory & Buyers Guide.
Afternoon Meeting Break Sponsorship: $400
Between the afternoon sessions, attendees will be able to have a refreshment consisting of a light snack and coffee. Cocktail Hour Sponsorship: $800
Prior to the 106th Anniversary Annual Meeting, guests will be treated to a cocktail hour featuring an open bar, and hors d’oeuvres stations. This social networking event is the most attended event in conjunction with the Annual Meeting. Sponsors will receive signage in the cocktail area, appropriate sized signage on the bar, on screen recognition, logo placement on promotional materials and verbal recognition by the President during the Annual meeting and mention in the 2019 NEAAPA Directory & Buyers Guide.
Annual Meeting Dinner Sponsorship: $1000
The Annual Meeting Dinner offers Sponsors a chance to spend quality time with the attendees. Sponsors will receive signage in the dinner area, availability to place materials at each attendees seat, on screen acknowledgment and multiple verbal recognitions by the Association President during the Annual Meeting Dinner, mention in the 2019 NEAAPA Directory & Buyers Guide, table tent logo placement, and four Annual Meeting Dinner tickets.
