"First Time Front Line" is a program created and designed specifically for new or recently promoted supervisors at your company. Beth will be discussing some of the obstacles that the recently promoted individual may come across in their first time as a "leader", and how those challenges affect the individual and the organization.
Working with friends, or being promoted to lead and manage peers is one of the main challenges new or newer front line supervisors will face. Beth will share her artfully-crafted techniques to avoid pit-falls and create a culture that both team members and managers will value.
Do you have new supervisors? Is it their first time being in a leadership position? Are you looking for new techniques when working with your staff? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then you should send your staff to this seminar.
