Event Description:

NEAAPA is once again teaming up with NAARSO for the 2019 Education Conference and Annual Meeting. Participate in excellent sessions with top-notch speakers and network with other industry professionals from around the region. Don't miss the Hall of Fame induction and the President's Dinner.

Participating in NAARSO Outreach Safety School will provide attendees with 32 or 16 hours of CEUs.

NAARSO Outreach Safety School includes 32 hours of intensive training with an option of 4 additional hours or intensive study time with the availability of taking a certification test (Additional $150 fee).
Includes meals and networking events (breakfast on Monday-Friday; lunch on Monday-Friday; dinner and receptions on Monday-Thursday only)
​IAAPA & NEAAPA Members and State Government Officials: $599.00 per person
Non-members: $649.00 per person

NEAAPA Education Conference & Annual Meeting Dinner and IAAPA Regional Meeting - March 18-20, 2019
Participate in the IAAPA Regional Meeting on Monday, March 18 followed by a reception that evening, and attend the NEAAPA Education Conference and Annual Meeting Dinner on Tuesday, with breakfast on Wednesday. Includes meals and networking events (breakfast on Tuesday and Wednesday; lunch on Tuesday; dinner and receptions on Monday and Tuesday)

This includes name / logo on all attendee badges as well as signage at registration area acknowledging sponsors name with logo. On screen recognition will also be given during the Annual Meeting Dinner and mention in the 2019 NEAAPA Directory & Buyers Guide.
 
Morning Registration & Morning Break Refreshments Sponsorship:  $400
During morning registration and the first educational session, attendees will be able to have a refreshment consisting of a light snack and coffee. Sponsors will be featured on signage adjacent to the registration / refreshment station as well as a verbal mention by the speaker prior to the start of the first educational session. On screen recognition will also be given during the Annual Meeting Dinner and mention in the 2019 NEAAPA Directory & Buyers Guide.
 
Afternoon Meeting Break Sponsorship: $400
Between the afternoon sessions, attendees will be able to have a refreshment consisting of a light snack and coffee. Sponsors will be featured on signage adjacent to the refreshment station as well as a verbal mention by the speakers prior to and immediately after the break. On screen recognition will also be given during the Annual Meeting Dinner and mention in the 2019 NEAAPA Directory & Buyers Guide.
 
Educational Sessions Sponsorship: $600
All educational session attendees will receive information from the sponsor about their products and/or services. Sponsors will be featured on screen at the beginning of each session. On screen recognition will also be given during the Annual Meeting Dinner and a mention in the 2019 NEAAPA Directory & Buyers Guide.
 
Cocktail Hour Sponsorship: $800
Prior to the 106th Anniversary Annual Meeting, guests will be treated to a cocktail hour featuring an open bar, and hors d’oeuvres stations. This social networking event is the most attended event in conjunction with the Annual Meeting. Sponsors will receive signage in the cocktail area, appropriate sized signage on the bar, on screen recognition, logo placement on promotional materials and verbal recognition by the President during the Annual meeting and mention in the 2019 NEAAPA Directory & Buyers Guide.
 
Annual Meeting Dinner Sponsorship: $1000
The Annual Meeting Dinner offers Sponsors a chance to spend quality time with the attendees. Sponsors will receive signage in the dinner area, availability to place materials at each attendees seat, on screen acknowledgment and multiple verbal recognitions by the Association President during the Annual Meeting Dinner, mention in the 2019 NEAAPA Directory & Buyers Guide, table tent logo placement, and four Annual Meeting Dinner tickets.
 
NAARSO Training Sponsorship: $1000
All NAARSO attendees will receive information from the sponsor about their products and/or services. Sponsors will be featured on screen between sessions. On-screen recognition will also be given during the Annual Meeting Dinner and a mention in the 2019 NEAAPA Directory & Buyers Guide.
 
Gold Sponsorship: $1500
Can’t decide on which opportunity is best for you? The Gold sponsorship includes a full page ad in the 2019 NEAAPA Directory and Buyer’s Guide as well as signage placed at every event throughout the two days, on screen acknowledgment and multiple verbal recognitions by the Association President during the Annual Meeting Dinner, mention in the 2019 NEAAPA Directory & Buyers Guide, table tent logo placement, and one ticket for all NEAAPA events.
